Cancellation Policy
At Bodied By Nickei, We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellation & No Shows made within 24 hours results in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late is subjected to a $20 late fee, shortened service time or cancellation. Please respect your appointment time as well as appointments scheduled after you.
